SMOKE SIGNALS™ DBA The LITTLE MARKET THAT COULD™ 2021 VISION
Sending a smoke signal to our sponsors, friends, vendors & volunteers...
It takes a lot of work to make The Little Market That Could™ Fresh Open Air Farmers Market happen each Thursday 4pm-7pm weekly from June through September and from noon-5PM first two Thursdays in October at venue TSC. And the 2nd Sunday of September Annual Ride for Mobility-Market 9-1PM at venue PLHS.
You may see several hundreds of shoppers each week, however big crowds do not directly translate into more income for us.
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 and our farmers market relies solely on vendor stall fees plus sponsors, grants and volunteers to keep things going. Today!
As Smoke Signals™ The Little Market That Could™ seeds grow and we offer more programs such as EBT/SNAP in addition to our Power Of Produce Program and continue to develop and implement more community events such as: Educational Activities, Presentations & Exhibits, Tractor Pulls For Kids, Farm Animal Nights, Wellness & Health Music, Street Performers/ Busking, Food Truck Rallies, Classic Vehicle Roll-ins and our SS snack & sip Food Trailer and with growing hopes for a Transit Vehicle that will pickup/dropoff our Seniors to make their weekly fresh food shopping excursion easier, we also need the support of our community – to make The Little Market That Could™ a perennial success.
What can you do? Become a Sponsor Friend of The Little Market That Could! Today!
As a Sponsor Friend of The Little Market That Could™ you are going the extra mile to support & help Savage/Prior Lake Area Children Ages 4-11 and Seniors 62+ attain fresh produce, local area Minnesota farmers and small businesses. And you are doing your part to keep The Little Market That Could alive with friends, fresh food, lively music and awesome classic vehicles that roll-in to Prior Lake.
